Hanover-Horton High School Bulletin for Saturday, February 17, 2018

Juniors, do you want to perform your best on the SAT in April? If so plan to attend the SAT workshop coming to Hanover-Horton on Saturday, February 17th. This is open to students in any grade who would like the practice before their junior year. You will take sample SAT tests and hear from representatives from Sylvan Learning just what colleges are looking for! The cost of the workshop is $35.00 per person and lunch will be served. It will be held from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the high school library. This is open to any high school student so bring a friend from another school. Forms are available in the office, pre-registration is advised. See Mrs. Melling if you have any questions. Prepare now for success!

"SENIORS: Don't have your FAFSA done yet? It's not too late! You can go down to the College and Career Access Center at the Jackson Crossing Mall on President's Day, Monday, February 19th between 10-8 p.m.. Staff will be on site to walk you through it, and there will be food and prizes, as well."

Military Academy
Any freshmen, sophomore or junior interested in entering a military academy, such as West Point, the Naval, Coast Guard or Air Force Academy should attend an information session on Thur. March 1 from 5 to 7 pm at Northwest High School. Military Academies provide a 4-year college degree paid for by the United States Government. Flyers are available in the counseling center.
